These machines are conceived for horizontal conveyance of single products (dry or damp cereals, seeds, flours) and generally dusty products.
The cereal is conveyed in the metallic tube only by one single chain. In order to push the cereal in distinct and subsequent heaps some little bars with surface much more little than the conveyor tube are enough.
The chain velocity varies from 0,30 to 1,00 m/sec according to the type of product by dragging the mass of product with its same velocity and by generating little internal frictions and so negligible attrition.
Larger outlet spouts are necessary for higher velocity
