Balances for milling plant
These balances are used for the coupling of packing machines with valve and for production control.The weighers LPN-WS realise “net” weights since the product is weighted in the loading container.The weight is produced in two distinct times: rough-hewing and finishing.
Tubular magnet
The permanent tubular magnet are used where a manual removing of the ferrous impurities is possible. A guide ribbon is placed at the inside of the body in order to guarantee that the material is dispersed when it touches the central magnetic nucleus.
Rotary air locks mod. L.V.
The rotary air locks, conceived according to the criterion of the utmost universality of application, they are used to feed and discharge the dusty or granular products from silos, hoppers, pneumatic transport plants, sleeve, filters and cyclones.
Pockets measurer mod. L.D.T.
It is used to discharge the granular products in the desired quantity in particular in silos and in resting bin for wheat after pre-cleaning.Using it for discharging of each type of stored wheat, it can obtain whatever mixing in controlled and constant percentage.
Centrifugal detacher mod. L.D.C.
Auxiliary machine used for separation of flour plates produced by the pressure of reduction cylinders.The efficacy of its separating action does not damage the cortical parts avoiding the consequent raising of the dusts.
Vibrating feeder mod. L.A.V.
Uniform and costant dosing of granular products of difficult sliding. It serves a deposit bin and it is useful for the dusty products which have a difficult sliding for example flours recuperated from bran finishing machines, flours recuperated fromfilters, screenings and animal breeder.
Vibrating bottom
It is one of the most modern solution for the problem of extracting milling products from the deposit bins.
Horizontal Blender mod. LC mix
It is the ideal machine for the middle and small animal food and chemical industry, its main value is its perfect blending so much to be considered the essential means for the homogeneous amalgam of extract.
