Scourer
Innovative concept in the milling technology reached by creating and manufacturing the so called “Optimiser”.
Vibrating separator
The new separator mod. SEP1 is used in many different ways in the pre-cleaning field, milling plants, seed processing plants and other machine of the same kind.
Dry Stoner mod. Spl
This machine is used in milling industry to eliminate from cereal stones and heavy impurities. The great degree of separation of stones assures the scrupoleux preparation of cereal to the next cleaning process.
Air recycling aspiration L.T.R.S.
This is a static machine studied to eliminate by means of air, the lightest impurities such as seeds, straw and so on with the utmost efficiency, minimum encumbrance and reduced assembling.
Horizontal scourer
The horizontal scourer mod. LS.O. is necessary in cleaning section, both before damping and after resting to peel the cereal in order to eliminate dust and dirty, germ and the woody external part of the germ.
Cereals damping systems
These machines are generally used before grinding station since they allows to dose the necessary quantity of water for the cereal to soften and make its peel more elastic.
Intensive damping group
It distributes till 6% of water uniformly on the whole surface of the grain of wheat, making the absorption easier and more rapid at the inside of the caryopse.
Combined trieurs
The cylinder with the alveolus allows a separation in two fractions of products with different lenght. It is composed by a rotating external screen on which there are some alveolus which are suitably shaped in order to obtain the maximum efficiency. In these alveolus the bodies less long then the diameter of themselves enter.
High and low pressure jet filters
